Baker Sound was right in the thick of things at last weeks Philly Gold awards, handling audio production for a number of the winning entries. Baker’s music division, MONSTER TRACKS, also took home the Gold for it’s scoring work for Sovereign Bank. Productions in which Baker had a hand included:

LevLane Advertising’s work for Sovereign Bank was a three-time winner in the Radio category, including Gold awards for “Covers” (Local Single :60 or more) and “Figure This” (Local Single :30 or less). “Figure This” went on to capture the Best of Radio category. Recording and mixing the spots was Baker Sound president Gary Moskowitz, and original music was provided by Baker’s in-house music division, MONSTER TRACKS. Music for Sovereign Bank was honored in the Visual & Audio Elements: Original Music Score category. MONSTER TRACKS created the original score for “Clear the Way” (:30 TV) as part of a TV and radio campaign for the regional bank.

Baker Sound also handled the production for Gillespie Advertising’s “Just Balls” spots for Just Balls.com, the winning entry in the Radio: Local campaign category. The spots feature original music scoring by MONSTER TRACKS and sound-design by Gary Moskowitz.

Following in the footsteps of their win at the Addys, the Brownstein Group was again recognized for their TV work for the New Jersey State Aquarium. These spots, featuring sound-design by Baker engineer Rick DiDonato, took home Philly Gold awards for Best TV Commercial: Local, Campaign, as well as the Best of Television award.

Other projects recently produced at Baker include:

• Voice recording for the ABC TV special “World’s Best Commercials #9” featuring Scott Brooks.

• ADR for an upcoming episode of NBC’s “Third Watch”.

• National radio spots for TV’s “Hollywood Squares” produced for Kingworld by Oink Ink Radio, Inc.
