Baker Sound Studios is proud to report our involvement in several of the winning entries at the recent ADDY awards in Philadelphia. Taking the “Best of Show – Radio” category was a campaign for the Better Home Heat Council, including spots titled “Disclaimer” and “Confession”. The spots were written by Rich Ratay, along with Kelly Simmons who served as creative consultant. Pat Cannon produced the sessions, which included talent casting in Philadelphia as well as our affiliate facility, 38 Greene, in New York. The New York talent was recorded at Baker via ISDN, where the spots were edited and mixed by Baker President Gary Moskowitz. The campaign was also awarded a gold ADDY in the “Radio – Regional/National Campaign” and “Radio – Regional/National Single” categories. A silver ADDY was also awarded to this campaign. A bronze award in the “Radio – Regional/National” category went to “Grassy”, a spot for the Phillies also penned by Kelly Simmons and produced at Baker Sound.
