For Immediate Release February 01, 2006 Every now and then an advertising campaign comes along that gets everyone talking. That has certainly been the case with the new radio (and now TV) campaign for CarSense. When the creative team at Caspari McCormick needed to cast a unique voice for the campaign, they made one call: to Baker Sound President Gary Moskowitz. Gary knows voices...and he used his resources to locate 97-year old Philadelphia native Nate Lazowick in a nearby nursing home. The former poultry salesman had never worked in advertising, but his feisty attitude was perfect for the spots, and his voice is hard to forget... Philadelphia's KYW Newsradio 1060 AM produced two segments focused on the success of the campaign... "I've never seen anything like it", laughs Moskowitz, "I've been casting voices for over 30 years, but I can't recall anyone catching on the way Nate has".
