Your engineer will email you access instructions once your audio files are uploaded to our FTP server. Most users will be able to download files using a standard web browser, however if your company blocks certain ports on its internal router this could interfere with your ability to log on to our server. If you run into difficulties you may want to try using a different browser, or logging in from a different location (such as a computer on your home network), or asking your company’s IT department for assistance.
1. USING A WEB BROWSER
Your first option is to go to our homepage and click on the “CLIENT LOGIN CLICK HERE” link in the center of the screen. On the access screen that appears, simply enter the username and password provided by your engineer. If your engineer provides a link formatted with your username and password embedded, similar to this example . . .
. . . simply click the link and your browser should open a window showing your files.
2. USING FTP CLIENT SOFTWARE
Both Windows and Mac users have the option to use a dedicated FTP application to retrieve files. In an FTP client, you would enter:
USER: enter your "username" (provided by your engineer)
PASSWORD: enter your "password" (provided by your engineer)
Please contact your engineer if you require assistance.
